Yes, it's probiotics enriched milk kefir beverage. It is very easy to make.

All you need is milk kefir, simple syrup, lemon juice and filtered water. First, the Simple Syrup.

Simple Syrup -

Combine equal part ( by weight ) of organic cane sugar and filtered water in a sauce pot. Bring to boil. Stir constantly until sugar dissolved completely. Turn off the heat, set aside to cool down. This is your simple syrup.


Now, let's make the beverage.

Milk Kefir Beverage -

1. In an empty bottle ( or glass jar ), measure 2 tbsp lemon juice, 120 g simple syrup, 200 - 300 g milk kefir.
2. Topped with filtered water. Tighten the lid and shake it well.
3. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.

Simple, but delicious and full of nutrients. You don't need to spend a fortune to buy sugar loaded yogurt drinks.

You can substitute coconut-palm sugar with cane sugar when you make the simple syrup. We also put fresh lemon mint or pepper mint when making the simple syrup to add fresh flavor to the beverage.

This beverage is better serve over ice during summer as resentment.
